During my Christmas stay at this lovely place, I really enjoyed the warm welcome and help provided by the host who spoke just enough English to allow effective communication. The kitchen was well equipped, and I appreciated the opportunity to grab some coffee or tea in the evening. The location was ideal, just a short drive away from the main attractions, and the parking area was safe and secure. The added advantage of fresh pastries and olive oil bread with cheese for breakfast was a real treat.
I must say that I didn't have any bad experiences during my stay at this hotel. Everything was just perfect and met all my expectations.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for me because it’s just a quick drive to the city center of Assisi. The hotel facilities were great, parking was safe and clean, and the staff was excellent, always welcoming and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the breakfast was typical Italian with fresh pastries and a unique touch of bread in olive oil with cheese on top to put into the toaster oven.
Can't fault anything about it.

The breakfast was great with freshly baked pastries and cheese on toast that was to die for. We also appreciated how helpful our hosts were with showing us around, and even helping us navigate the area with their limited but adequate English. Another great aspect was the convenient location, just a short drive away from the main attractions and with easy access to parking.
Honestly, we really can't think of anything we didn't like. We had a fantastic stay and lacked for nothing.

the host was incredibly warm and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the location was perfect, as it was only a short drive to Assisi and the parking was off the street. the GPS coordinates provided were exact and very helpful. the breakfast was delicious, typical Italian fare, with fresh pastries, toast with olive oil and cheese, and coffee or tea. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with lovely facilities.
A lack of signage until we arrived at the B&B.
